New Moon Mindfulness & Intention Setting
If you are looking to acknowledge the cycle of the moon in a way that’s aligned with your own creativity this online video was created for you!
The moon has always been an indication of time and a depiction of cycles. The moon itself is a beautiful symbol of a cycle, all the way from its newness into its fullness and then back again into its absence. Just like the moon has its own cycles, so do you! And so this video will encourage you to align to your own cycles and dream alongside the the cycle of the moon. This video includes: self reflection practises, intention settling, art prompts, and a yoga practise. You’re invited to set your intentions and witness the evolution of your intentions alongside the moon’s growth into fullness. There’s magic in acknowledging the significance of the moon!

The topics within the natural cycle courses are intended to provide threads of truth. This course is an act of remembering the land based cultures we come from so that we can move forward with integrity —and is an essence very much alive and well and is a relationship that can be rekindled.
This series is structured slightly differently, as there is intention for us to learn cyclically from one another- Each 3 hour course of the 4 part series will start with a general overview, opening, sharing, practises (breath work, yoga, and journaling), and a closing.
